Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities and make sure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is being done to specifications

• Oversee the safety of all workers on site and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed

• Review and approve project plans, budgets, and schedules

• Maintain open communication with project stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress

Qualifications:

• Civil, Utilities, and Prep Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in civil construction

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
